hehe. what term(s) do you use?
This is kinda gross, but I'm curious. There are a million ways to refer to the act of urinating. What do most of you say? I'd read on here where someone said 'pee' and personally I think that is so nasty sounding, and really just a gross, rude way to say it. A ex-gf of mine & I used to battle over this issue. It's no real biggie, it doesn't make me ill or anything, but it seems like 98% of the girls in the world say it, and it's just....not lady-like, I guess. Whereas guys say it to, but not as much, from my knowledge.
I don't really say one thing..either urinate, micturate, or go to the restroom...but never 'pee.' Most guys I know say urinate, which is that peculiar, is that how it is where you're from. I know this is a gross and moronic topic, but I'm bored at work, and read that word, so I was curious.

I say "go potty" but I guess that's because I spend most of my time around people under the age of 7!

I always say "tee tee"... dating back to when I was being potty trained, I guess.

sorry but I say pee or pee pee, when i am writing a record on one of my patients at work and i don't feel like being "professional" I will also use the term pee. Most of the time I have to say urinate in the records-I guess that just sounds so boring, I like to make my records into little stories so when the day veterinarians get the records at 7 AM they aren't falling asleep reading them.

Around boyfriend, its "potty" or "tinkle" or "pee"
If I'm feeling silly, its "use the little _________ 's (fill in whatever I'm engrossed in at the moment) room. For example, if I'm programming "I've got to use the little programmer's room" If I'm drinking, its "I've got to use the little drunk's room"
For polite conversation, I will excuse myself to the ladies room.

I think "pee" is cute, but I only say it to people I know well. In other instances, I've started to say "visit the facilities" because it somehow seems very subtle to me.
I hate it when guys say "hit the head."

In social situations: use the ladies' room (actually, I usually just excuse myself and go off to use it)
At work: use the ladies' room, use the restroom, take a bio break
With family: rest. This comes from a family in-joke - one day when I was small, my father pointed out that you dine in a dining room, live in a living room, bathe in a bathroom, go to bed in a bedroom... and I logically concluded that you rest in a restroom. So in my family, we say "Excuse me, I have to rest."
If I've been drinking and it's my first trip to the restroom since I started drinking: "I have to start down the dark path." My husband made this one up. You can usually put away several drinks before you have to use the restroom - but once you do, you're making frequent trips for the rest of the evening. So, "once you start down the dark path, forever will it haunt your destiny" (forgive me if I'm misquoting )
OK, so I'm weird

If I am with brothers, I will say piss. If I am in mixed company, I will say that I have to go facilitate. If I am in a redneck mood, I will throw out what my grandfather used to say, "I need to go talk to a man about a horse." Usually confuses people.

Heh-heh-heh - you said "urinate"
Cory, you need to catch up on the Beavis and Butt-Head reruns.
Drain the lizard, tap a kidney, take a wazzer.
My sister Michelle was the first person I ever heard say "break the seal" - used mainly for a partying situation where you know once you start you will be going there frequently.
