Welcome Home Signs

Hey ladies! Recruitment starts for us (I am the chapter adviser...first time on this point of view!!) tomorrow and the girls need to make some signs to welcome home the girls that are disaffiliated.

Any suggestions for cute sayings to write on the signs?
Last year they had "This is WACK...we want out sisters BACK"
and of course they dont want the same saying this year! We need something fresh and new!

Thanks!!

Usually the girls in my chapter make signs that have something to do with inside jokes, or play off their names (For example, my grandlittle was a IIX this year and a sign that one of the girls made read "Where is the love?" which plays off the Black Eyed Peas song and her last name (Love).

Ive seen signs that have pictures of a family branch with a question mark where the disaffiliated sister would be as well which was really cute!

Ours are almost always inside jokes or "Give my sis-mom/daughter back!". My favorite was a play on my last name, but I don't want to post it...but it was so cute! Ugh.

I'm assuming something like "Drop anchor...you're home." has been done?
