Any news about Washington State Univ recruitment?

I think they started on the 16th...any news about signups? And does anyone know about Pi Phi's status with their recognition?

I don't know anything about the numbers or signups and we've looked EVERYWHERE, so if you hear anything please share. At least 10 of my daughter's last group of friends from HS (and younger sister's of friends) are going through this week, and she is dying to find out if she's right about where she thinks they will end up.

She does keep up on the chapters there and had some close friends in Pi Phi, but I don't think she's been in touch with them in awhile. What she's heard is that they are back in good standing and doing formal recruitment. She thinks that last year dinged them a bit, but historically they are a very strong chapter at WSU and they survived it pretty well. She expects them to be as strong as ever this year.

RUSH @ WSU started the 16th -- I have a rec going through & I've heard it's going well. My understanding is Pi Phi's are doing FR. Bid Day is Sunday.. I am going to be in Pullman.. so excited for that! I will ask andtry to find out about #'s, but I think I remember reading that quota is 38.

I have a few friends going through rush at WSU right now (I'm going to UW, so I still have a few weeks). I'm interesting in hearing where they get in.

Yay, glad to hear that they are doing FR! I had heard that they had gotten great women recruiting on their own and I had met their consultant who was working with them last year, so I was hoping they would be back in the swing of things this year.
Hoping for great news from Pullman for the chapters in the next few days...

OK the "official" word on numbers is... "there's so many, alot, and too many to count" LOL. I am glad things are looking up. They always had strong numbers when I was there.

I too am looking forward to how it turns out! It's hot as heck there now, but should be cooler on bid day -- I remember it being in the 100's all week one year - YUCK!

Per the Alpha Gam forum, our Delta Beta chapter reported that Quota was 32, and they took 35!
