Well, here's what I'm getting my sweetie...
He's always talking about how he wants to learn how to play the guitar. Every time we are watching videos, or he hears a guitar in a song, he says something. So I'm going to surprise him with a guitar and some guitar lessons.
Think about what your dude likes for fun. If you can't think of anything to buy, make him something. Like a coupon book. I love that, but I won't give my dude one, lol. I'm not gonna want to redeem them, lol, but you might.
If you are TRULY at a loss, gift certificates are always good. Tickets to a sports event? I'm also going to try and get my honey some tickets to a Cleveland Cavs game when they play the Wizards, so he can see Jordan play. That might be hard, though, but it's worth a try.
Lessee, what else... Music and movies are always good. What's his favorite movie of all time? Get it for him on DVD. Maybe a trip somewhere? Like a weekend deal of some type? That way, you get to go, too, lol.
That's all I can think of right now. Hope this helped a little. I hate thinking of gifts.

Haven't decided yet.
See, the thing is is that his B-day is in 17 days. So, I'm undecided as to what he's gonna get for the B-day.
I'll come back later.

My husband's favorite movie of all time is the "Godfather Series". They just came out with a 5 DVD box set, so that and the "Star Wars Series" will be his gift this year.

A super-sized gift pack from Bath & Body Works (with the shaving gel, spritz and shower gel) so he will leave my stuff alone!
Believe it or not, I bought this stuff for my husband 3 years ago and since then he REFUSES to use anything else (shoot I remember when Irish Spring would do...lol ) Anyway one day when he was out of his supply; he used MY Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin! ( I guess only a married man with a small child would mind going to work smelling like Pumpkin Pie )

1.Replace the Polo sweatsuit that I caused him to ruin with bleach.
2. A fondue pot with the works. (he has been wanting one for awhile)
3. A travel grooming set. Because he always seems to take my tweezers instead of buying his own.
4. A leather bound daily planner w/ calendar.

Always Something Sentimental
My man loves basketball. He has a collection of jerseys, but he's missing a few. I know that he really wants a Magic Johnson jersey from when he was in college at Michigan State and a Larry Bird jersey from Indiana State. I'm going to try my best to find them but from what I hear they're in pretty high demand. And, since all of the rappers are starting to wear the old jerseys again, the prices are going way up. I have heard of some being $300 or more and that's WAY too much. But, I'll try.

I am getting my sweetie a flip down detachable face car stereo. They are pretty expensive but I hear it keeps down on unwanted car theft. That is the only gift I can think of because to me it is harder and more expensive to shop for men...what ya'll think?

Girl, it really is more expensive, because their stuff is more expensive in general. They don't market SALES to men like they do to women. We SHOP for bargains. Men just shop and buy. So their stuff is always higher priced. Ticks me off, b/c I like their sweaters, lol.

Well, my husband has made a request for the HP Jornardo (a hand-held), but it is quite expensive. On top of that I bought him a palm pilot a couple of Christmases ago, so I don't know. But maybe I can get him that GodFather DVD collection for his birthday because that is three weeks before Christmas.
I agree men are very hard to buy for especially my husband because he is very particular about things (he only likes what he likes).

1. Well my boyfriend's holiday will actually start the last week in November (after his junior recital ~ he's a music education/voice performance major). So afterwards, I plan on booking a hotel room, either at the Sheraton, Jefferson (if you live or have ever been to Richmond ~ you know how perfect and expensive that hotel can be), or Marriott downtown. Buying some scented candles (all the same scent) and place them around the room. Buy some lingerie in his favorite color. Have a nice meal. And fall asleep in each others arms.
2. I'm also currently collecting love poems, quotes, stories and things of that nature and writing them down on some pretty paper I got from Walmart...I'm going to give this to him for Christmas.

I'm not much of a football fan, but I believe that you might be talking about Warren Sapp. He's #99 for Tampa Bay and he was in one of Trick Daddy's or Trina's videos a while back.
My man and his friends talk about jerseys all the time. Whenever I'm there, he has to lean over and explain to me what they're talking about. Sometimes I feel like I'm taking Football and Basketball Jerseys 101. I'm not learning much so there better not be a pop quiz!!!!
