Recruitment ideas for a sorority on probation-

Hello! I am VP Recruitment and at my school we COB for the fall and formal is in the spring. My sorority is on probation and everyone on campus knows it. What are some ways we can present ourselves during our rush events? I want people to look over the fact that we have gotten in trouble and realize we are fixing the issues to make our sisterhood stronger. Also any themes you have used that the girls loved would be great! Thanks
