The hurdles of starting a new chapter on campus
In 2007, a new generation started at Oregon. Sigma Pi was brought to campus the first new orgainzation in over a decade. Already there were several fraternities and even more people not interested in Greek life. It took many long hours just to get a colonly established and to get approval on campus. The first meeting we had was with less than 10 men. At times it was daunting work and easy to quit. The wheels of fate turned and now we have over 50 current members and leading in bid pick ups. History can be made!
