Positive Idea related to the Terrorist situation

I heard on the radio this morning that the Pentagon is trying to get hollywood writers to come up with ideas on how terrorists might try to overtake us in the future. They say it is because many in hollywood use that "out of the box" thinking and create stories that constantly strive to be better each time. I also heard this morning that Pentagon is extending that request to ANYONE that might have ideas on what a possible situation might entail. I think this would be a great opportunity for anyone to offer some creativity(send letters to President G.W. Bush and VP Dick Cheney) and help out the cause of Operation Enduring Freedom.
