I have to pay homeage to Pitt's new Sigma Delta Tau website for thinking about this, but most of us have a few quotes that we like and/or use for one reason or another. One from that site that I particularly liked is:

In honor of a very special man who means a lot to me and many other Penn Staters, I want to share some Joe Paterno quotes:

I don't know where it comes from, but it's similar to the line in The Sound of Music: "When God closes a door, somewhere he opens a window."
