Smile QUEST to be the BEST!!!

Hey! I recently became the 2002 president of Gamma Chi at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I am currently trying to plan a sister retreat full of team building activities. If anyone has ideas or ice breakers I could use please send them my way!!! Our executive board came up with this theme of QUEST to be the BEST at our first executive training/ meeting. We plan to make this year the BEST ever; for our chapter and our campus!!! With these high expectations you can only imagine how important this sister retreat is!!! Thank You for your ideas, ahead of time. I'll let you know how everything turns out!!!
BEST wishes for the new year!!!
Sincerely,
Jenn Lloyd

First of all, congratulations on your election/installation. It will be a lot of hard work, but being a chapter president is SO worth it. I pass the gavel in 13 days.

For ice breakers and other activities, check out the management section at a local bookstore. They have books that are just full of team-building activities. I can't think of anything I can easily explain, but you will find good ideas.

Also, I don't know where your retreat is, but if you can, put a giant piece of butcher paper on a wall somewhere with some markers near it. Let everyone write whatever they want all weekend. I'm sure it will get some laughs.
