Angry Do NOT Order from greekave.com

As someone who has normally had great service from greekave.com, I never thought I would tell people NOT to order from their website.

But, over the past couple of months, I've seen that they CANNOT be trusted.

I ordered 2 tshirts and a totebag on 12/27. After waiting a full month, and knowing that orders are supposed to ship within about 2 weeks, I started to wonder about my order. So, I called. When I couldn't get a call through, I sent an email. When I didn't get any responses to calls or emails, I got more persistent.

I found a different phone number through the BBB, called it, received no response, and the next day the line was disabled.

Over the past week and a half, I've gotten zero responses, to anything.


Some of my sisters have had the same problems. One sister ordered three items in November, and received her order 4 days ago. It was wrong. Instead of a small shirt, they got a large. Instead of an iris shirt, they got a grey/blue shirt. They ALSO cannot get ahold of the company to let them know that the order is wrong.

In short, don't put yourself through the hell of trying to get your order. Greekave.com has, by far, the worst service I have ever seen. Order from anywhere, ANYWHERE else.

My chapter had the exact same problem. We ordered chapter letters for our newly initiated members on Thanksgiving and by mid-January they still had not shown up!! Communication has been terrible and we have all decided to suspend using greekave ever again! I advise any chapter to do the same.

I think there was another thread on here about how horrible they were..whats their prob??

The last time an online company screwed me I called my credit card's fraud department and was credited my money back and I believe my credit card's lawyers took care of the rest. You should do the same.
