bad reputation???

do you think that fraternities/sororities get a bad reputation for no good reason?

i posted this on the youthink.com website and the replies were awful (i mean they were so rude), but they mostly came from those who were not greek and didn't fully understand what its like to be in a greek organization. i just thought i would see what some of my fellow greeks had to say about this?
