Recruitment Outfits
Hi I know there was a previous thread about this, but I am hoping to get more updated information about what ya'll wear each day during formal recruitment.
I'm thinking about a New York/Coffeehouse/Urban theme for one of the days, but have no clue what to do for outfits...I need something cute, but keeps everyone looking together...any ideas?
Thanks!!!

Is this fall/winter or spring? If it's fall/winter, you might be looking for something like dark wash skinny jeans/leggings and boots, a fitted shirt with a sweater/jacket/scarf over it. Here's an example:
How about a "uniform" scarf (scarves are huge up here)? It can be solid colored or even patterned (like a plaid that has your colors), or a mix. You can have the sorority's letters embroidered on them (or not).

This would be early fall so it's a little warm still. I love the scaf idea, maybe a light summer scarf in really light fabrics and different color shades?

Here's the previous thread (even if you don't get ideas from it, it's a fun read):

If you want to go New York, maybe you could try outfits that follow the different aspects of the city. (I don't have a clue as how to do this but someone else might.)
Be careful with the "coffeehouse" concept as it's very easy to lapse into parody.

If you have a two-letter GLO (Alpha Phi, KD, DG, etc.) you could always do the I Love NY logo but with your GLO instead. It might be tad bit on the played out side, but could work.
This is also admittedly dated, but I know some DGs at a school who did Delta Gamma in the same logo as Friends (with the dots and the font, if you can remember)...you could maybe do a Central Perk type thing.

I love the "I Love NY" idea with your GLO's letters! I know of several Theta chapters have played around with this theme with the o in love being a Theta.
I am sure there are ways to play around with your GLO's letters with this theme.
