Me, neither!! I saw that on the new BET version of MTV Cribs. They look absolutely nothing alike!

I also didn't know that LisaRaye had a daughter. But, I must say that she had a nice house. I really liked the white couches.

I read that this past summer in either "Savoy", "Heart and Soul" or "Essence" magazine. I was truly shocked!

Actually, I'm from Chicago, and I went to grade school with Lisa Raye (McCoy being her last name).

I knew that she and the Brat are sisters, though, I don't think they were very close growing up, as Lisa was raised on the south side by parents, and enjoyed all of the benefits of wealth that her daddy could provide. Including the biggest house in the popular black middle class area called Pill Hill. The Brat was raised on the west side, I think by her grandmother.

Mr. McCoy, (Lisa's father) was an extremely rich, and well known black man in Chicago. He was the owner of a chain of motels (the Zanzibars), and a poular nightclub (Sweet Georgia Brown's) before his untimely death at the hands of his mate. It's my opinion that he was "getting around" on his wife with The Brat's mother, but that's just my educated guess.

Being from Chicago also, it is often rumored he was "getting around" a lot because a lot of people claimed he was their father. I wonder if they knew of each other before they became famous?

Red face Speaking of half siblings!!!

This came out a few years ago, so many may know already, but I was very shocked when I found out that comedienne Sommore and actress Nia Long were (half) sisters. To me, the two of them seem like night and day.

I heard this too, but I was always told that it was a rumor. From what I have been told, Nia Long is both of her parents' only child. Does anyone know which story is true?

I just heard that Damon Dash (CEO of Roc a Fella records) and Stacey Dash (actress) are supposedly brother and sister. I didn't believe it at first but this is obviously common knowledge b/c everyone I asked already knew. Did anyone else hear this?
