Can NPC Panhel disaffiliates associate with recent alumni during recruitment?

Assuming both wear no letters and do not mention the house, actives by name, or the sorority name.

Technically, no they cannot.

Same rules apply with alumnae.

I mean, you are welcome to try and there's a chance no one would notice but I wouldn't recommend it.

I've known people to get infractions for this thinking that it "didn't count."

Like KSUViolet said, technically they shouldn't.At my campus, if you are disaffiliated you can only have contact with sorority women that have been alums for a year or more.
