Question What to wear for Prefs at FSU?

And can you believe we are down to prefs? FSU rush has been great so far, here's keeping our fingers crossed that all the girls get the houses that are their best fit!

Is it ok to wear a modest halter day dress, how formal? Any colors to be avoided?

The FSU Panhellenic website shows three dresses on the grass as examples for Prefs wear, and they appear to be cocktail, strapless...??

My daughter was planning to wear a simple modest pique halter or wrap dress, heels...also has modest silk dress , but with spaghetti straps.

This is just all confusing for me, as I attended an SEC school where dress was more formal for prefs...

Thanks so much for your help with this fashion emergency!!
