West Wing

Okay, you all know I am a huge West Wing fan, but I was confused AGAIN by NBC TV last night(the last time was the season premiere of ER). I am all for creative TV, but these flash backs are driving me crazy. And who are these new speech writers? And did anyone else think that at the end of the show, when Leo and the President were talking, Leo looked like he had on a ton of makeup?? I hope they go back to a more cut and dry format next week--and they better not lose CJ!!

See, what I most like about The West Wing is that they don't spoon feed you the plot. Not to say AOPiLala that you weren't paying attention, but WW demands that you pay attention. I love that they (the writers) demand you are somewhat intelligent and you can not miss one single word being spoken because then you're screwed.

They could have easily every time they flashed back told us they were doing so but it helped that it was pouring down rain in the flashbacks so that helped.

Alison Janey just signed a huge contract so she's not going anywhere so I doubt she will really resign. Plus, I think she can retract that statement BUT she's a professional and most of my press secetary friends of senators/congressmen say if they made a comment like that they would have been fired.

I just love the show so much and was so RELIEVED that it is now back on the air. ha ha.

Yeah, you are right, Kimmy! I was trying to clean my apartment and watch West Wing and I always forget that if you miss one part, you get lost. And yay for CJ, but I agree, in the real world, she would be in BIG BIG BIG trouble! I am so glad it is on again too!
