Greek Lettered Sweatshirt

I am in a fraternity. Is it legit to get a stitched sweatshirt with my fraternity letters that IS NOT in the official colors? Thanks!

I don't see why not. I have letters in a bunch of different fabrics and prints.

What do your brothers typically wear?

Is it NIC or NPHC? I know from GC that the protocol for NPHC groups are a little more stringent regarding colors and such.

If you have any questions, I would ask an older brother.

I would recommend not buying one because they are uglier 'n sin.

it depends on the fraternity. My friend's fraternity doesn't allow anyone to wear letters regardless of colors and fabric... actually i think they can only wear them for ritual stuff. But like Nanners said, I have my letters in all kinds of colors and such. Your best bet would eb to ask an older brother.

Ask your national board or consult your handbook (if you have one). Things like this should be pretty standard across the board of your organization.
