Nupes, what was the first piece of nalia you bought for yourself?

I was cleaning out my storage bin and I found the very 1st piece of nalia I ever got for myself. It was a black sweatshirt with red letters and a white background. Not the nalia that was given to you, but what was the 1st piece you bought for yourself? Do you still have it? I still have mine, of course I don't still wear it though lol. I forgot all about that sweatshirt.

I also made one out of a Ralph Lauren sweatshirt. That was stupid, but I was only 20. At the time I thought it looked sweet, plus I was trying to do something new.

It looked just like this except it was black.....

I just purchased my first para a few weeks ago....I got it from www.collegiategreek.com.... Don't buy anything from them....I got a red long and short sleeve K A Psi, red letters w/ white trim, and my Phi Nu Pi hoodie in the sweet K & K....I'm trying to get some more before I go on this cruise in January

I bought my crossing jacket that ran about the same as a car payment, but it is off the hook...lol! I will break it out from time to time, but it is waaaayyy too big now, but it brings back memories.

I have seen some sites where the jackets get really expensive, but in saying that, the jacket was so unique. You kan get your khapter logo on the side (Which I see some alumni khapters do like SM-L) and kustom design on the back. The jacket is more than my kar note on the chevy! (Imma buy tho, I gotta stay fresh)

My first piece(s) of nalia (I bought them all at once):

A basic red T-shirt with the letter K A Psi on the front, my initiation chapter (CAC) on one sleeve, and WTR 07 on the other sleeve.

A basic red sweatshirt with the same as the aforementioned

A black license place with the letters K A Psi in red letters with silver border and 1911 below the letters

The item I bought that I really really wanted was the red Kappa blazer, and got the matching tie and handkerchief. '08 Provincials wasn't soon enough AFAIWC.

I bought a custom letterman's jacket for this past homcoming, but I didn't even get a chance to wear it. It was too warm and I was really disappointed. It's all black with white letters with a red background with some other add ons.

I always hear that Nupes aren't supposed to wear black, but I like the black. I still wear it.

When I was a neo, I went to visit my brother while he was a dental student at Meharry(Kappa chapter) in Nashville. While I was there, I bought a sweet red license plate that read "F VP." I didn't have it long, because someone backed into the front end of my car, and cracked it. I was pissed.

What isn't wrong with these people. First, my Phi Nu Pi hoodie letters were a little krooked; slighty off. My boss (a Delta) noticed off top. Second, they used the cheapest t-shirts they kould find. Third, I did like the turn-around for their products (I got it within 7 days), but my Ace ordered his 2 days after mine. He didn't get his for 3 weeks and they promised a 72 hour turn-around after shipping. He kalled, they were on vacation. He finally got the shirts he ordered and they were wrong. The long sleeve was the wrong size and had the wrong letters; he wanted Phi Nu Pi and they gave him K A Psi. The other T was ok. So he kalled again and the guy had the nerve to tell him that they didn't make the mistake and by making him a new one, he's doing him a favor. Just krappy work and just plain rude.

Damn. Thanks, for the heads up Phi. You should try greeknation, or greekforme. greeknation does custom work, and greekforme has some of the best quality I've seen, but no custom products.

I like the hats. I was searching around again and www.kappaklothesline.com had a really nice fitted kap too. My next big project is to build my krossing jacket. My l/b's and I agree on the same design but we haven't agreed on the kolor. Ace wants white, Deuce wants black, I want krimson. What I'm really looking for are small patches, such as diamond k's. I kan find larger patches easily but the smaller ones are extremely difficult to find. I'm trying to build it under $200. I'm still designing our khapter logo, within grand khapter regulations, to put on the side.

How did you find that website, Phi? They have some really nice stuff on there. I've been in the bond for awhile now, so I get into the more plain nalia. I like that wool jacket and will be ordering it today. I like that one. It just had the shield on it, which is exactly what I like.
