Recruitment Theme Ideas!

I am the new recruitment chair for my chapter and we don't have a house. Our recruitment consists of a video day, philanthropy day, skit day, and preference day. All the chapters at my school have a theme for the week that have to be approved by panhel. Does anyone have any cute theme ideas?!
