Officer Transition Workshop - HELP!

Hi Everyone,

I am the outgoing President for Tau Gamma at EWU and am holding the transition workshop next Saturday.

For my last activity, I am doing a "STATEMENT" reflection. Each officer will get a list of different statements and will check off what applies to them. I will collect them and disburse them randomly. Then, the women will stand in a circle and as I read each statement, the woman will step forward if there is an "X" next to that statement.

I am looking for statements that I could use. Right now, I have things such as "I've considered dropping AOII," "I have always wanted to be a leader in AOII," "I've lied about completed study table hours," etc. etc.

Any other ideas for statements????

I don't think I understand what your point is. What is your goal?

I'd like the girls to just have an opportunity to "know" their fellow LC members without it calling women out. It also puts into perspective how being a leader can help make AOII the best experience.
