A few from a course I took:
Existence in Black: An Anthology of Black Existential Philosophy, Lewis R. Gordon
Postcolonial African Philosophy: A Critical Reader, Emmanuel Eze
Precolonial Black Africa; Chiek Diop
Cultural Universals and Particulars: An African Perspective, Kwasi Wiredu
African Exodus: The Origins of Modern Humanity, Christopher Stringer (a good examination of African theory as a basis for Greek philosophy)
There are also a whole host of books which basically attempt to debunk the concept of Afrocentrism, but refer a lot to African philosophy to basically explain why Afrocentrism is a myth. A search on Amazon or B&N should point you in the right direction.
