I just saw the website, and I really like the change! The extra colors bring it a bit more life, and the newer photos are a plus too.

I'm board-crashing, but I just have to say I love the look of Theta's new site. And in the shuffle, the first image (the four girls sitting cross-legged) are Thetas from my school! One of them actually lived on my floor last year. Exciting!

The one thing I miss is the 'Sister Search' section.. they nixed it as it was disconnected from the internal Theta databases,but I still found it useful when looking up membership information for women applying to be on advisory boards, etc. Otherwise it does seem to be a welcome change!
