non-English speaking fraternity

Hi everybody,

We are a young fraternity. And we wanted to know if you know a non-English speaking fraternity? (it's curious)

Probably not in the U.S. because all of our universities require a certain level of English fluency before one can commence their studies. There are, however, organizations which are based on U.S. fraternities all over the world. I understand they're particularly popular in the Philippines. I would also expect to find some in Québec, but I have no actual knowledge to back that up.
