2010 Charles Drew Scholarship Winners

The following is a list of the 2010 winners of the awards of the Charles R. Drew Scholarship Commission at the 76th Grand Conclave held in Raleigh, NC. This year saw the first winner ever from the 13th (International) District for the Scholar of the Year Award. Bro. MacAndrew Clarke, a native of Montreal, Quebec and a Political Science major at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, won the highest scholarship honor for an undergraduate, garnering over $21,000 in scholarship monies for his achievement. Kudos for one of our newest chapters Alpha Delta Xi, the first international undergraduate chapter in Omega Psi Phi!
