Who needs sleep, anyway?
Hey guys:
Just looking for advice for how to get back into a good sleeping pattern. I am at work it is 6:45 a.m., and I have had two hours of sleep - went out last night for my friends 21st B-Day and got home at 4 a.m. Crazy stuff. I haven't done that in a while.
So here I am stuck behind a computer and telephone at work, dreading going home because I will want to go to sleep right away and then I'll get up at 2 or 3 a.m. and not be able to sleep anymore. Thank goodness for my 80s music and GC or else I'd be bored outa my mind.
