Vice President

Hey everyone, I am going into my last semester as VP for my chapter; however I am stumped when it comes to ideas. I was wondering if anyone with experience could give me some good ideas for a Vice President to strive for; excluding the norms (checking up with every officer/Kai board etc). I really want to help the chapter out in my last semester as a officer.
