So You Think You Can Dance: 2
I'm so in love with this show. Anyone else watching?

I'm watching. The first couple shows were the best but it will be nice to watch the people that can really dance.

Addicted.
Still wondering why "the prince of swing" can't just get a hook-up through his dad, since everyone knows him. But it's kinda like asking "well why didn't Paris go through her grandmother instead of going on AI?"
People are strange.
Some though are just stoooooopid.

A friend of my sister's was on last night at the Chicago auditions. His name is Duran. I think he was pretty good. He was invited to the chorography rounds...he was cut.

I can't believe that guy who fell in auditions did a flip and landed on his face tonight. What bad luck...

The one chick reminded me of Juliette Lewis...the crazy way she was dancing, the crazed look in her eye when she looked into the camera, and her crazy babbling about how she had to find herself because she felt all confused. I was confused.

They're meaner this season. I think Nigel is taking advice from Simon Cowell.

She was insane. I wouldn't even call what she was doing dancing. It was running around on stage throwing her arms around.

What about the chick in Chicago that threw up off the side of the stage? Classy! I would want that to be on national TV as my 15 seconds of fame.
That one Asian dude was ticking me off. Stop crying and being such a baby, it doesn't really go with your half mohawk/half cornrows hairdo.
It's a shame that southern blonde chick got injured, she looked pretty talented in the first rounds.

Seriously, I liked her.
But at least we know they're planning on another season after this one.

I think Nigel is throwing the "I'm the big bad producer" line around way too much. Who cares?
I'm still rooting for Benji... bad facial expressions and all. I have a special place in my heart for swing dancers... but am curious how he'll do with Shane Sparks.

While there were some obvious screw-ups tonight, as far as dancers go, not steps, I was very impressed with some people. Like way to go Benji for one!

I felt kind of bad for that hip hop girl dancer and the dude with the shaggy hair. I mean, yeah, their steps and lifts and turns were bad, but shit! What the hell is 80s disco? And giving them a Flashdance song? I'm calling FIX! It's like they had to have one couple that did horrible to make an obvious or shocking save/exit tonight, so it's like they picked out of a hat who would get the crappiest dance theme.
And I don't care what you say about Heidi and that other guy. Caribbean Blue is one of the only Enya songs I like and I thought they performed the part well. Regardless if they were out of step or not.
And both hip hop routines were hysterical.

I don't like the changes they have made this season. And I don't like the new host either.

Yeah, I don't like how you're stuck with one partner on one hand, and then on the other I think it's good b/c you can build a relationship and flourish within it.
I don't like the new host either. I don't remember the old one, but they were much better I'm sure.
