NPC policy on work week activities involving fraternities?
Hokay,
So the campus where I advise has a tradition of each sorority inviting a fraternity over for a "Mock Recruitment" during work week where members perform their recruitment skit for the fraternity men and then do a non-alc function afterwards such as a cookout or pizza. This year, the girls actually sent in the proper forms to our PDC letting her know about the event, and she came back with a question about it being proper as Fraternity and NPC policy clearly states no men are to be involved with recruitment or bid day activities.
The GA at the school doesn't see any issue with this as it's done during work week, completely before recruitment when there are no PNMs around, and it's been a tradition for years (I know, tradition doesn't mean it's right. This is also the GA who was going to allow a woman who had pledged through informal recruitment in the spring, and then depledged, to go through formal recruitment again right away in the fall only one semester later.)
I don't have an NPC Manual of Information handy, but I was wondering if there was anyone who knows whether the policies extend to work week events as well as recruitment? I know that if the Fraternity says it can't happen, it's not going to, but the girls are trying to find any way they can to see if they can still have their Mock Recruitment as they claim they'll be the only chapter not doing it.

Or possibly even a shindig or lollapalooza.
Perhaps it'll be a hootshinpaloozaree. I don't know.
