Advice needed from University of Southern California

I am planning on transferring to USC this fall and I would like to rush, but I am going to be a junior and I was wondering how tough it is for a junior to get into a sorority. I rushed as a sophomore at my current school, and I, like many other sophomores, got cut because many sororities preferred freshmen to join. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
