Here's what I found on www.hgtv.com

The girls at Chi Omega Sorority love their comfortable Mediterranean-style home-away-from-home, although they all agree it's high time their television room had a face lift. The Chi Omega house has a rich history that needs to be maintained, but the girls need professional help making the TV room multifunctional and comfortable. Which designer will they choose for the job?

Here's the link:

How neat! I can't wait to see it.

I saw a Designer's Challenge they did for the president's room of (shoot, hope this is correct) Tri Delta. It was pretty cool. They gave her a whole new armoar (sp?) that contained her computer, shelving and television and then it could be closed up. They gave her cool lighting and new drapes to block out the sun. Then they put down some carpeting that wouldn't wear as easily.

I liked the look of the first Chi Omega room, but the second picture is amazing. I almost wondered if they were the same room because it looks SO MUCH BIGGER!

Why is it that we see re-run after re-run of some shows and one we really want to see again isn't on? It's not fair, I tell ya!

I did not tape the show and started watching it a few minutes into the broadcast. I was very curious which Chi Omega chapter was featured -- I even tried to read the composite on the wall! I wondered if they told which chapter.

I recently got an email from a friend who said it was the Gamma Beta Chapter at UCLA. Geez, I've been to that chapter house and didn't even recognize the TV room!

sorry to crash and bump

but I wanted to say how much I enjoyed this episode of Designer's Challenge!

As soon as I saw the house I knew it would have to be the UCLA chapter, given that most of HGTV's show film in CA

Good job and the design looks timeless and works well with the style of the house.

I know the current Gamma Beta's are still enjoying the room!

The girls of Gamma Beta chapter are very much enjoying the TV room

There's always someone in the room during the year, especially since the girls have now upgraded to a big screen TV.

(I'm on House Corp for the chapter)
