In this day and age when so many chapters have diverse ways of how new members come in what makes a brother or a sister to you.
Further clarity...... in some chapters Underground lines are still happening while others subscribe strictly to MIP...and things have gotten to the point where on some campuses splits occur and rivalries between the individuals involved in the split cause such strife that those on the outside no longer have an interest in becoming a part of the organization( at that particular chapter at least). So what makes a brother or sister to you...
Is it the process by which they come in or the service that they do once the are in. .....granted paper can make you a member...but what is the determining factor...give your 2 Cents
