What movie is this?

I can't think of the name of this movie for the life of me or who is in it but I do remember this one scene:

There's a guy that works for a big law firm and he gets in trouble for something. He has to go see the big boss of the firm and he's kinda scared to meet with him. The big boss is a lawyer who has been with the firm forever and won't retire. He goes to see the big boss who is in a wheelchair, has a ventilator of some sort attached to him and has IV bags. The big boss is about 100 years old and looks like he's on his deathbed but is still at work.

What movie is this??? My co-worker and I were talking about this scene but couldn't remember what movie it was.
