Lightbulb MC Period Questions

What do you do at the end of the MC period, when there are various problems or occurances that have happened that cause you to question an MC's dedication or interest in the sorority. Our unwritten laws require an annonymous vote at the end of the period based soley on test scores. How can we make it a non threating type of vote, where you can evaluate these girls based on their actions and not there test scores?

Thumbs up

What we found that worked really well was an interview midway through the MC process. That way you all have a chance to get to know the MC and vice versa. It also helps to ask the other MCs what their opinions are about the class since they get to work so closely. The interview is good because it gives everyone a chance to air their concerns that may otherwise not get out in the open. Good Luck

one thing we have done to kinda relay the "sisterhood" aspect of the sorority to the new girls- is at the end of the mc period- let them join in a candlelight "circle" meeting with the sisters.. you go around the circle- and everyone tell what SA means to them. it really is a special event! and its majorly brings the sisterhood aspect into play!
