Prayers and Thoughts
Sisters,
If you all could keep the sisters of Psi Mu chapter in your prayers and thoughts. We had a sister recently in an accident (Tuesday night). The driver (her boyfriend) passed away and she is in critical condition. She broke her jaw and her rib. We also found out that her brain is responsive; yet she is in an unconcious state. There are no visitors allowed in ICU but as soon as we can- we're all going to show her how strong our sisterhood is!
Please keep her family, her boyfriends family, and our chapter in your prayers.
Thanks <3

She is still in a coma. Her jaw surgery went well and she recovered from that. She is still in ICU and we're still praying for her, sending cards, and awaiting the time we can surround her!
Thanks again for all your prayers!!

Sarah has opened her eyes! She is occassionally responsive to the Doctors. She will do some of the requests that the Doctors ask (holding up two fingers, waving, etc). It seems now she is awake mostly in the afternoons. She has told the nurse "This is my Owl" while holding her owl that a sister gave her! Her father says she is most responsive when her friends come to see her!
The Doctor seemed to be saying there was little hope for a full recovery; yet her father knows that Doctors aren't the final say in who will and will not recover!! (Praise the Lord!)
Thanks for your continued prayers!

Best thoughts and wishes to all.
Something very similar happened at my chapter so I do understand what is going on and how hard it is for all.

Kimberly,
That's great news about Sarah! I'll continue to keep her, her family, her boyfriend's family, and your chapter in my prayers. Please update us as the situation changes.
