A recent survey of Canadians carried out for the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination asked about people’s experiences with racism. Among the survey’s findings: people don’t think racism is decreasing or increasing, one in six say they have been discriminated against, and people say the most effective way to curb racism is schools.
