Hey Ladies,

I was just wondering what has been your favorite bid day t-shirt saying. I am in charge of Bid Day again and would like to get some ideas of what the chapters use.

The year I was a New Member, the shirt said "Star light, star bright, I got the wish I wished last night. Alpha Xi Delta Bid Day. Some stars are a little brighter than others... August 19, 2001." The shirt is navy and the lettering is white.

Bid Day 2004

My Bid Day shirt (Fall 1998): "You only live once, but if you live right, once is enough. The day the best got better."

Fall 1999: "Sometimes the best way to figure out who you are is to go to the place where you don't have to be anything else."

Fall 2000: "We laugh, we cry, we make time fly, best friends are we, my sisters and me."

Fall 2001: We had a Ron Jon surf shop theme, and on the back it had their symbol w/ AZD letters in the middle, and below it still read "One of a Kind."

Some of the other sororities on campus had ones that read, "It's not who you've become, it's who you've always been." and "If you're going to be Greek, why not be a Goddess?" That was so long ago that I don't really remember any others.

Wingate did one last year that was a baseball tee w/ "Alpha Xi Delta" and "Spring 2004" on the front, and it had a cute quote from DMB on the back (that of course I can't remember at the moment). In Fall 2003 they had one that read, "I saw the rest and chose the best!"

Alpha Xi Delta...It's Who I Am

Alpha Xi Lucky Me! (this one was one of the winners of the t-shirt contest at TLC that year!) It had a four leaf clover with the words surrounding it

Starlight, Starbright, I got the wish I wished last night (the girls signed their bids the day before)

Alpha Xi Delta/Spring Collection/2003 (it was a tiffany's themed shirt that had little rhinestones on it!)
