University-owned Housing

Does anyone have any experience dealing with chapter houses are that are owned by the university?

OR

Does anyone work at a university housing office?

The chapter that I advise does not own their house, and is running into some issues. Please PM me if you have some insight as to how university housing departments generally opperate. Thanks GC!

Working with University Housing has its advantages and disadvantages. I'll PM you to see if I can be of specific help.

I work in housing and maybe can be of a little help to you. Also for really good information contact the University of South FLorida Greek Life office. Their housing is owned by the university.
