Greek New Years Resolutions
Anyone have any goals/resolutions pertaining to your involvement with your GLO(s) for 2005?
My New Years Sigma resolutions:
*Plan an all campus philanthropy event before Spring Break.
*Run for our Honor Board.
*Get my first little sis and be an awesome role model to her.
*Bond more with my big and twin.
*Road trip to our national HQ in Woodstock,VA-The Mabel Lee Walton House.
My New Years Kappa Phi resolutions:
*Attend our spring regional conference.
*Recruit at least 5 interested women for our spring pledge class.
*Continue to spread the word about Kappa to others.
*I'd like to also attend National Council this summer.
I'd love to hear yours if you have any.

Since this week is the first week of recruitment and i'm a PX, I think I'm going to post my PX goals.
1) Be organized
2) work well with my PX Partner
3) make my girls comfortable with recruitment
4) get them all matched to the group of their choice
5) help them to all finish recruitment, to not have anyone drop out, even if they sign independent.
My Letter Letter goals for the year
1) Run for a position on OC's Panhellenic counsel, perhaps secretary or PR chair, since my org does not currently hold any position (And I"m PISSED about it).
2) In my org, I want to be asst. recruitment chair or asst. pledge misstress.
3) Hopefully take a little sister, and be the best damn big sis EVER!
4) Make every single pledge activity
5) Be more social at mixers.

Mine are as follows:
- Set up a system to make sure that dues are paid on time
- Bond even more with my big and lil
- Make sure we have a large spring class (anything more then 3 is large in the spring)
- Help re-orangize formal rush for the fall
- Make sure we have a good semester
- Run for Prez or Rush (I'm not sure right now which I rather have)

Good thread!
My AEPhi New Year's resolution is to get more involved. The national website is in sore need of an overhaul, and I just happen to be a web designer...

I must say the AEPhi site is looking really great lately. Lots of great info on there that wasn't before. Kudos.

I think as a group we are trying to increase participation in meetings, clean ups, etc.

Can't take the credit. Anyway, there are still a lot of broken links and pages that haven't been built yet... I want to volunteer some of my time to help fix it up. I just keep not picking up the phone and calling the national office...

My personal goals are...
- Make friends with members of a fraternity that I don't know as well as the others
- Bring several interested ladies to our spring recruitment events
- Keep our website current
- Create a Greek Life website for my school
- Be on the AST team in the campus-wide step show (and place in the top three!)
Some of these aren't my position in specific, but as a member of both my colony's Executive Board as well as Panhellenic Council, I would like my colony to....
- Make sure we do a great job on our two big service projects for the year
- Help plan swaps as well as at least one crush / date party
- Help plan a really fun and classy formal
- Have a Panhellenic mixer
- Participate in Battle of the Brains, intramurals, etc.
- Win some awards at the Greek Banquet
- Recruit a large spring class
