Does anyone know how to apply for the Beta Sigma Phi scholarship or any insurance benefits? Is there a form to download online somewhere? Or do I just email international's?

Hi, Mary.
You should contact International for more specific information, but the Torch will publish the scholarship information. There is often a form to fill out to get information about insurance near the back of the Torch as well.
