You need to click on your User CP and at the top of the menu going across, there is a link that says Edit Ignore List. Click on it and from there add the names of the GCers you want to ignore.
You cannot ignore any moderators.

It would show their name but it would say something like blah blah. Click here if you want to read what IGNORED USER wrote. You would be able to read it if someone quoted them.
If ignore person sends you a PM, you will not get it. BUT if you ever decided to take them off of your ignore list, it would be there in your inbox.

EDITED TO CHANGE: nevermind, I didn't read the above post before posting mine...
Anyway, the 2000+ views are funny, since this thread was started today and only has 4 replies.

Also, you can click on "profile" at the bottom of any of said member's posts. When the screen pops up that has that particular user's info, there is a link at the bottom of that page that says "Add ***** to your ignore list". Click it and it's done.

It really does NOT have 2000 replies. I split it from the Election Day Aftermath thread which when you split a thread, it takes the views of the original thread and divides them in half.
Redefined, thanks for the simpler step. I thought there was another way but I have no one on my ignore list and I was working on 4 hours of sleep.
Back to the couch.
