Do you or do you not like to eat red meat? Yum steak.

I love my steaks.
The more still moo-ing, the better.
As far as lamb goes...I wasn't too big on it until we started serving them at the bar I work at. It goes great with Mango Chutney dipping sauce.

Still love those grilled medium-well-cooked steaks (T-bone or Fillet Mignon) and Potatoes.
Just cut back to 1-2 times / month (had too much red meat).

I very rarely eat read meat. I'd rather not have it but everyone once and a while I crave a burger.
