Formal Dress
Is anyone aware of a website that has nice dresses for formal, not to expensive, and has plus sizes?

Seriously,
Wet Seal does not have plus sizes... I like to go to places like Dillards, McRae's, etc. (Dept. stores) Once, I found a formal that was $25, but was the last one.
You can also go to Delias.com. They have some plus-size options. Gimme some time and I'll find some more.
ETA: alight.com may have something you'll like.

I ordered my dress from egowns.biz . I will say tho that it was WAY expensive but it got sent right away and I received it a week later.
I went to google and typed in plus size formal. Tons of websites came up.

i may not trust this route... but ebay?
And I have found really REALLY good deals at Ross. I bought a dress one year that was perfect and only $17. And though I am petite, I did notice a lot of selection in plus sizes.

I usually do my shopping @ Cache, both in the store & on their web site. Some stuff can be really expensive but occassionally you can find great deals! You just have to search for them!

Ok even I don't get the joke....
but hatchetface is going to make me cry.

I really doubt Cache will have plus size dresses.... but they are gorgeous!
They go up to size 12/13.

Have you tried www.alight.com?
I don't have personal ordering experience, but they appear to have decent selections.

I ordered a dress and a shirt from here.. they were pretty good Sometimes they have some good deals.. other times they're not any better prices than anyone else.
Also.. Lane Bryant occasionally has some really cute things (if you're not looking for a formal, like prom formal, dress)

Go with the potato sack dress.
They're the best.

You can use a me to make alterations if necessary. But you'll have to come to the shadows if you want my help.....
(What? Lots of crimefighters do dress alterations as well....shove it.)
