As of 3 hours or so ago, I am a JI!!! I'm soooo excited about chapter this Sunday, too!! It's going to be great!! YAY!

Yes, i've never heard of JI either......

JI- Just Initiated. We used it for the Spring '04 class before they were initiated-Spring '04 were the new members and Fall '03 (my class) were the JIs.
