For all the Kentucky Greeks...

For the Kentucky Greeks this will effect you... Remember the Spring Forward Fall Back hour thing we do...well...

Apparently the Legislature, in a last minute bill, voted to get rid of Daylight Savings Times. Since Monday was the last day of the regular session and the bill was hidden in a transportation bill, it is just making the news today.

Boy, I'm going to miss my extra hour of sleep in the fall...

As a former Kentuckian, now Kansasan........

I really wish they would get rid of Daylight Savings Time where I am now. I HATE that it gets dark around 5pm in the winter, but in the summer, the sun doesn't set (at least in Kansas) until dag near 10pm!

Nothing is more depressing that in the winter, to go into work when its dark - leave work, and its still dark.

Well you never know, but I'm putting my bet down that it is! I haven't heard anything about this all day & I think it would be pretty big news if it were true!
