I just got the email from John Otten and the link is FULL of ways to motivate your chapter, ideas for successful recruitment organization, recruitment teams, etc.
Seriously, this stuff works. It has workshops, overcoming objections, all of it. It dosent have stupid stuff like recruitment themes, shirt ideas and the such. All too often, we focus on that nonsensical stuff that prospects never look at/notice and ignore the essentials, like recruitment skills training and the like.
If we all used this stuff, none of our chapters would be huting for numbers. My own undergrad chapter went from 20 to 70 using some of these techniques.
Adapt and prosper or stagnate and die. The choice is YOURS.
(Maybe
that should be a rush shirt for some of our struggeling chapters and colonies. They would heed well its admonishment.)
