Three Greek organizations at the University of Florida are accused of hazing new members. The allegations were reported to the Dean of Student's office. Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity is charged with hazing. They are temporarily suspended by both the university and their national organization. Sigma Lambda Gamma Sorority was accused of hazing but no charges or suspensions were issued.
Theta Chi Fraternity was investigated for hazing but University Police and officials found no evidence. However, they did find fraternity members drinking alcohol on the dry premises. Theta Chi is now on temporary suspension by their national organization while an investigation is conducted.
