Yes, I cried and cried and cried! Within the first, oh, say 5 minutes I was crying. I couldn't finish the episode and from what my brother said, I'm glad I missed the last 15 minutes. I thought the episode was very well done, though.

Yeah, I watched it and it was soooo sad. I almost cried myself b/c I know that when the family was crying, they were real tears b/c they were still mourning John Ritter the person and not just Paul the character. Even when they were interviewed by TV Guide, there were moments whereas they broke down and cried while talking about him.

I watched it and balled from the moment it started. I thought it was really well done.
I have a perverted curiousity as to how the ratings will be, etc. I mean, I never watched the show really but now I am. Terrible I know.
The show was so sad and I thought it was a bit, just a bit, contrived, kind of like saying, "now kids, don't ever tell your dad you hate him because he may die a minute later." But I thought how they protrayed the wife and wanting yesterday was extremely touching.
I think John Ritter was such a talented and gentle man and it makes me very very sad to know he is dead.

My mom and I watched it. I've only watched bits and pieces of the show while he was alive, but we made it a point to watch this one in its entirety.
The John Ritter/Paul Hennessy storyline was sad enough. But the entire hour was an hour-long reminder of how it was like for mama and I 13 years ago after daddy passed away.
Great job to the writers for that epi.

Awww I cried when I watched it too. The sad thing is that my aunt actually works on this show and I had to listen to how hard it was on everyone. Im glad they decided to keep the show on though, although I dont know how long its going to be able to last now.

wait...they went on with the show without Jon Ritter
Same Craft of Ancient Greek God Diynosis, all stories are told in his name. And the show must go on. But, they could have paused, for just a brief moment, and just for one week, not show anything. Just during that time shot, not even 30 minutes, LIke a moment in silence for a lost Brother on the way in the same Craft.
Farewell, Brother Craftsman

According to promos I've seen, there's going to be an encore presentation Saturday, at 10, I think. Check your local listings.
I don't think they wanted to replace John because of the circumstances surrounding his death. Plus, they probably thought they would lose viewers because they might come off as cold hearted.
They did postpone the premier because of his passing.
