Leadership Consultant and Advisor Forms Available: Continue your service to Alpha Gamma Delta by becoming a Leadership Consultant or Advisor. Enjoy the opportunity of leading and motivating your Alpha Gamma Delta sisters, be a part of a dynamic team and expand your resume. Leadership Consultants receive a monthly salary and paid travel expenses. Medical and life insurance are also provided. Leadership Advisors will receive an educational grant from the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation. Advisors must attend a graduate school at or near a college or university where there is an Alpha Gamma Delta chapter.
