Charter size

I'm up with my teathing 1 year old, so a rather bizare topic...

For most of the history of APO, the number of students to charter (or recharter) a chapter has depended on the size of the school. It does not currently. Should this be changed back to depending on school size? Discuss.

I do not think that chartering groups should be dependent on school size.

We currently need 15 to charter, right?

I think that if those 15 have done all that we say is necessary, then it should be fine. Quotas based on size....not good.

I think that if a group charters with the minimum 15 and they are at a school of 40,000 students....they should still charter BUT we should help them in any way possible so that they remain an active chapter. They might just be a REALLY good small chapter.
