Red face Gross philosophical question

So...why aren't us humans grossed out from our OWN body and it's functions? Being blood, urine, gas, scabs...whatever.

I guess if we WERE grossed out, we wouldn't be able to stand being around ourselves and we'd go nuts?

I'm not grossed out by other people's body functions...but I'm weird I guess. I think after the hundrenth time you've been puked/bled/spit/crapped on you just kind of get over it.

nevermind, there is one thing that still grosses me out - GI bleeds.....blech (as in blood that passes through your intestines, colon and eventually in your stool)
